Would this knitting be difficult?

I'm beginning knitting and I really like some of these patterns: a href="http://www.ravelry.com/designers/melissa-morgan-oakes?page=1" rel="nofollow"http://www.ravelry.com/designers/melissa…/a (like the blueberry one). But I'm not sure if I'm advanced enough yet. Should I take a class or something? Thanks!
