DLC MK9 CYRAX AND SEKTOR COSTUMES?

So I downloaded the recent skin pack for sektor and cyrax. I can use the costumes offline but can't use them online. In the description it says you have to download the compatibly update to use them but don't know where the hell it is and if this is not the fix for it can someone please tell me how to fix this issue?
