Need to completely remove sims 3, how do I do this? Please read description?

Did you try searching your computer (like, the search bar) for anything Sims related rather than manually going to program files to sims (yadda yadda)? Otherwise, you could just system restore (if you have that) to, say, a day before you installed sims 3.
