Looking for the name of a song?

I heard a song few days back on the local adult contemporary radio that i cannot for the life of me find the name of. I tried looking on the stations website, but unfortunately they only display the names of the last ten songs played. All I can remember is that it sounded like it was from the early 80s or maybe late 70s and the main riff was played on a saxophone (similar to Harden My Heart by Quarterflash). The lyrics had to do with dancing all night and the word 'dance' or 'dancing' was featured in the chorus. I'm pretty sure it was a woman singing as well. I apologize for having such a vague description, but if anyone can help me out, it would be greatly appreciated.
