What should i do about my body structure?? Please read description and help me?

I am going to turn 16 in a month from now.I am a male.I have a body which looks more like a girl's body.large thighs,big hips and thin legs,with not much of a calf muscle.It seems even more that way when i am naked and look into the mirror.Due to this my pants get tight faster and i look a bit awkward,having a kind of girlish structure.What should i do?will it be back to normal as time passes or should i do something else.Is it normal for boys of my age?
