Knitting pattern-Twisted head wrap. Help?

Looking at the pictures, these seem to be nothing more than shortened scarves that were folded over & twisted before the ends were joined. Figure out how long the scarf needs to be to go around your head & make it an inch shorter so it will stretch & stay on. Figure out how wide you want the wrap to be & make it double that width, fold it over & sew it the sides together. Before you sew the ends together, twist it, No need for a pattern, just do a few measurements & cast on.
