Does anyone use wp robot?

Hi I purchased wp robot but I am finding it difficult to set up any campaigns my log is showing that my videos and products are posting but articles and answers are not. Is anyone else having this problem? How can I get it to work watched many youtube videos but had no success. Also I tried to get a yahoo key but it keeps asking me for more description can anyoune tell me what I need to put in the description to receive an ID key
