Ugh im getting so frustrated with trying to knit a hat with circular knitting needles!!?

does anybody know how to knit a hat and could post a video for me!? i need it to be very easy! see when i start to knit it just starts going like im knitting a scarf and doesn't come off in a circular form like a hat.
