How do you write someones name on an already knitted clothe?

So, I'm having this stupidly fun contest with my friend to knit something then add a name to it, and so I've knitted a small pink and purple square dish clothe and now I'm stuck on writing the name on it. I've purled a line across my clothe measuring about 12cm (120mm - 4.7inches) and I wanted the clothe to say 'Hannan'. She's like my bestie and I love her so much so yeah. please reply soon!!! i'm desperate
